Farmers and food producers face limited market access, unpredictable income, and insufficient infrastructure to scale their operations. Meanwhile, underserved communities struggle with access to fresh, healthy, affordable food.

Year Round Indoor Public Market
A permanent, year round venue for producers to sell directly to consumers and institutional buyers. Fattoria Public Market will be a lively marketplace offering fresh produce , artisanal goods and local delicacies every day of the week. Vendors will provide high-quality, organic and sustainable offerings at affordable prices.

Food Hub
Food Hub facilities to process, store and distribute local food. Supporting small farmers with cold and dry storage, washing, packing and aggregation services, marketing and distribution assistance, and a shared commercial kitchen for value-added products. The Food Hub will serve community institutions with a one stop shop for buying local.

Community Gathering and Education
Educational and community programs to inspire and empower. Programs include a community garden, event facilities, a farm-to-fork greenhouse tasting room, wine, beer and cider garden to showcase local businesses, and more.
